Whether it pays off depends entirely on how much you buy at full price, so this guide walks through what SHEIN’s US CLUB terms actually include and how to run the math yourself.

Short answer: CLUB tends to pay off only if you place several SHEIN orders per quarter and a good share of what you buy is not already on sale. If you shop SHEIN a couple of times a year, skip it.

What SHEIN CLUB includes

Plans covered by the terms:

Quarterly: 93 days.
Yearly: 372 days.
Trial: a 31-day trial that, per the terms, automatically upgrades to a quarterly plan unless you cancel.

The fee cannot be paid with gift cards, points or Wallet credit.

The break-even math

The core benefit is the 5% off non-sale items. Use your own CLUB price from the app:

Take the quarterly fee in USD.
Divide it by 0.05. That is how much non-sale shopping you need per quarter for the 5% alone to cover the fee.
Add value only for benefits you would actually use: shipping coupons on orders that would otherwise pay shipping, and bonus points (100 points = $1 under SHEIN’s US terms).

These rows are just the formula applied to round numbers, not SHEIN’s prices. If most of your cart is flash-sale or third-party items, the 5% does not apply to it, and the math gets worse.

Shipping coupons only count if you would have paid shipping. If you already build orders above the free-shipping threshold (see our shipping and returns guide), the coupons are worth little to you.

Cancelling and refunds

The refund rules are strict:

Cheaper alternatives

Before paying for a membership, use the free savings first: points on every order (SHEIN points guide), reviews with photos (reviews for points), one well-chosen coupon per order (coupons that work) and the SHEIN Free Trial Center. If those already cover most of what CLUB would give you, the fee is money you don’t need to spend.
